actually dere is hesitation wen i just wana to talk wid gals. how can i get rid of dis prob plz help me .i really wana share thoughts wid them but this coz of this prob i really not able to ?

I have this problem too. I am hesitant in approaching gals specially when they look me in the eye. I feel like im an ice melting at an extreme heat.
