is Sensi Clear a Scam

Sensi clear- such liars. I am so upset. A while ago I post about a trial package that I paid shipping and handling fee. The package kept being delv to someone else other than myself. And I called and they finally returned my shipping and handling and I thought they have cancelled my order. Well, to my surprise I got charge for the monthly refill. I did not even try their product and now they have my credit card for monthly refill . I am going to report them--- if I know how! Do you know how to report a company for doing this. They claim they will send me a one month supply to try it and if I don’t like it I can call and cancel the automatic monthly refill. But they never shipped me my trial package. So now I got charged for something I don’t even know or like. I tried to call them back but they are close for the day. I thought they were an honest company, now I think they are a scam too.

Try to call them again to get this taken care of. You can do a complaint through the BBB online. I think it is fairly easy. Also there is a place called ripoff report that is online where you can let others know how this company has jacked you around. I use them a lot to check out companies. Call your credit card company as well and they can stop this from happening again with Sensi clear. Best of luck to you and I hope that you are able to get refunded from this company.

I just read your response above my post. You need to get a hold of them and your credit card company. I think they will continue to charge you each month and try to send you the refill unless you put a stop to it through your card company. My mom joined something like this but it was face cream and they kept trying to charge her after she thought she had canceled. I think she ended up having to call her credit card company to get it stopped.

Wow, I think I need to do that right away. I been so busy lately that I even forgot to open the package. I heard some good reviews about them but their sneaky ways is enough for me to cancel. Thanks for sharing your mom's experience. I am glad she got things taken care of the credit card company helped her put a stop to it
