How long do you stay on your computer and online per day?

I usually only get on the computer once or twice a week. The only problem is that when I do get on I get sucked in and I can't seem to get off. I always find new things to hold my attention and I stay up there longer. Like now...I have been on since 10pm and it's now 2:22am and I'm in no hurry to get off just yet. I enjoy MyLot a lot because I enjoy hearing people's views and opinions regardless of what they are and I like to comment on them and share a little something of myself. So all in all-on average-too long in one sitting. I need to spread it out more.

i stay online 8 hours in the office (part of the job!) and 4 more hours at home (online)...

hmm, since my work is mostly based on the internet, I stay about 7-8 hours a day. However, there are times that I stay online about 9 hours in weekends or holidays.

since i work as a freelance virtual assistant, i work at least 8 hours a day at least, in front of the computer, and that is 8 hours also on the internet.

hi there. it depends on how many hours per day i spend facing a computer because i still have a work. but since i am also a freelance writer, i also try my best to make articles on my free time. so maybe 4 to 5 hours a day, more or less.
