you eat fruits or drink their juice?

which is the best way to consume fruits ? To eat them directly or squeez them and drink. I like to drink friut juices rather eating them. I dont know if this way of consuming fruits is healthy when compared to eating them as it is.

In a line, eating/drinking fruit are good for health.... basically having fresh fruit as it is, is better than juices...since people are like to have it better way they squeeze it and have it as a juice...By having as juice you can have more quantity of fruits when it comes to hard we cant have more... So i feel the better quantity can be taken if you squeeze....

I like doing both. I like eating fruit especially the ones that are chilled. I also like having them in shakes. Well maybe because I live in a tropical country. Really love fruit shakes during summer espicially strawberry, watermelon and mango. Well as of the more healthy way,there are some fruits that the vitamins aren't in the liquid so maybe if you're just drinking them you miss some but what is important is that you enjoy them.

Nothing like eating the fruits the way they are. Rather than take the time and squeeze them and drink the juice i would prefer to eat them the way them directly.

i would think eating the fruit whole so you get the vitimins in the skin,plus the pulp for fiber.years back i purchased a juicer and found that if you juice up some veggies especially the green leafy ones their really nasty tasting,but add 1 apple or carrot will sweeten it up. i find it more expensive juicying at home,you'll need 5-7 large carrots for 1/4 to 1/2 glass of juice. v-8 has a drink called fusion that mixes fruit and veggies together that i think is pretty tasty and you can always add a little water if it's to strong for you.

i prefer drink fruit juice, actually, as it much more easily digestible than fruits.and yes, you are right. it's more healthy to drink the juice than eating the fruit itself. but most times i am to lazy to make it. so, i usually end up just eating the fruits.

Drink fruit juice is delicious, but eating the whole fruit will be better. They contain more nutritious and fibre with are very important to our body. Yes, eat fruits and not their juice.
