Do you shower with cold/hot/mid temperature water?

About a month and a half ago I discovered that showering with cold (I mean COLD like the coldest that comes out of the shower) water is a very nice experience. The cold water makes you very fresh and I like that.
I guess that most of the older members of myLot will say that I will (or the already do) have problems with my bones when I grow up, but I am enjoying myself now. I'll handle the problems later.
So - what do you prefer?

Well we don't have a shower in our house.
There is a shower at the swimming pool. It starts off cold so I always stand back until it gets as hot as it will go and then I take my shower
