What makes you fat?

To be honest, im not that fat. just some opinion to make myself fat. LOL...

I read an article entitled something like "Fat Breeds Fat"
it pointed to existing fat in the body already releasing chemicals to influence a person to consume more. it would be an important survival mechanism for ancient humans, so that when food was available, more would be consumed and stored.
