A couple of days ago,I asked a question about not being able to download certain types of software(P2P,coupons.com).I had to use HP's system restore because my computer wouldn't let me in.With the help from Mylotters,I got some answers.I set myself as administrator and downloaded Avast.I also installed 2 registry cleaners.I still can't download the software I'm wanting. Is there something I need to do as Administrator to let me install the programs I want? Thanks for any help you can give.

Are you using Fire Fox, and if you are did you do the new update a week or so ago. If so there in lies your problem, they had a disclaimer when the download was finished, that stated Coupons.com and another program I had on my computer were not compatable with the new version of Firefox. Now had I known that up front, I wouldn't have done the update, as I use coupons.com a lot, but they failed to say it up front. I did find out you can still switch over to IE to use coupons.com when needed. Hope this helps you. Blessings Marilyn
