Today I drew out the 3 of Wands.
My handy dandy Tarot book say this:
Wands are represented using, batons, staves, scepter, rods, staffs, and clubs.
The element associated with wand is fire. The season assoicated with wands is spring. Wands represents such traits as, energetic, cherful, outgoing, vital, enthusiastic, fun, lvoing, active, resourceful, inspirations, creative.
To me the wands represent creativty as your strength. Like when you see a Wizards with a staff (okay in the movies you see them) you know they aren't going to walk up to the Villian and hit them (although that would be comical). You might not be able to pumble someone, but getting their car towed NO PROBLEM!
My hand dandy Tarot books says this:
3 is a number assoicated with personal creative growth. Romance, preparation, perspectice and development.
To me three is best represented in Art. When you master the rulle of three, your art will suddenly become so much better. It is also the number of children my parents had, not to many not to few. Although caos will occasionally take over!
So it is a number the symbolifies a good base to knowledge.
If you were to get the 3 of wands I would say that is creativty is a strength in your life you should go back to basics. You can strenghen your knowledge base by reviewing what you already know. If you are more of a brute type then know would be a good time to build a base for your creative side. Learning the basics can be very useful now.
What do you think about the number 3?
What do you think about Wands?
Whad to you think about the 3 of wands?

I've always seen threes as a resting spot. Aces are the seed, twos are the work, threes are the first successes. With the three of wands, you've successfully started something and are feeling (or deserve to be feeling) a sense of accomplishment for setting things in motion. It's a time to relax a little, look back over what you've done and look forward to the rewards that will be coming in. For example, if I were reading for someone who had just started a new business, it wouldn't surprise me to see this card - they've done the initial legwork, they should be feeling good, but there is still more work ahead to keep things on track.
I really like the idea that you're doing this, and hope you keep on posting your daily cards!

Yes, you put it in words better then, I you have gotten the basework done there is solid ground to build on. Exactly. I am glad for support in doing this. I am brand new to tarot and I got a book, but I am trying to let it not close my mind. This I think is a way to keep it open! I am just using a plain deck of cards. I enjoy graphic art and will probably make my own sometime next year.

To me wands usually indicate something work related , opportunities that exist for you right now that are both obvious and hidden . For one to remain more open minded so as not to miss these opportunities . Others see this person as open minded much like a child , practicle and cooperative . Someone who makes friends easily or would be a good friend to those he/she has . For me the 3 of wands represent something good for the Querrant .
I have been reading cards for years but have never come across a distinctive use for the numbers on the cards .

That is very interesting.I have just picked it up very recently, I am using a deck of regular playing cards and going through one card at a time to learn about them. I really enjoying hearing what others have to say about it too, it keeps my mind open!.
