Watching DVD in computer is more interest me than watch in TV using dvd player. I usually use powerdvd to see movie in my computer. I choose it because I can play from my last part if I don't see it at one time. Beside that I like the interface and I can choose easily the subtitle whether wo use one or two subtitle in the same time. Keep post Happy myLotting...

I use VLC player too. I used to use it just for bin files. That was when I has to find something that would be compatible with those types of files. So the player ended up kind of staying with me for the past few years. I like the simplicity of it. And another one I use is called PowerDVD, which came with Windows XP.

I don't like PowerDVD, but it's easy to use, so I guess that's why it's used so often. VLC is great, isn't it? I'm looking for something that can play RM and RMVB files in Ubuntu, though. VLC might play them with the right codec installed, but it's pretty hard to find Ubuntu-compatible codecs. Anyway, thanks for the response. I really appreciate it.
