I am still so fat,how can i lost weight?

Hi panpanzhu, try to start your diet regimen by eating breakfast and lunch with no snacks in between, and then skip dinner. eat less, avoid snacks...

The most important thing is finding out why you are still that condition. First, bad eating habit. That means you have eatten too much ice cream, fried food, eating before sleeping. Second, too less exercise. Overweight is bad for your health, but if you are not, you should not lose your weight, that will be bad for you. Being healthy is right not being slim.

The best thing that you have to do is exercise. I know that its difficult to do that. But once you do that regularly and if you stop eating oily foods, you can reduce your weight easily. I am going for a walk for the past 3 days and you know I reduced 2 kgs. Hehe. I stopped eating oily foods also. Try that. Eat fruits and vegetables when you feel so hungry. I mean not during regular meal time. But if you feel hungry during untime. All the best. Happy mylotting.

First of al u should have a proper food habit.You should take your food at proper time..Oily foods should be avoided but you can consume as much vegetables as you wish.Eating bakery items should be avoided.you can also go for walking in early morning and evening.Make sure you should walk somewhat fast.Then according to ma view consuming tablets to reduce the weight is dangerous coz some tablets will create side effects too and instead of reducing the weight it will create some other problem also

Hplease eat healthy food most importantly do not starve yourself ....and dont discontinue fat from your food immediately do it slowly and gradually. eat healthy and work out regularly
