I got a ploblem with neobux...somebody hepl me plez...!

Hi there Recently,i try to reach min.payout of neobux at $2.0 ,but seem to be still far away say every time i click on them my account was paid 0.01 cent per click ,but at frist I think the pay is 0.02 cent per click as well as .ref. ...so what going on with them ..or they reduce the pay rate ,or i did sth mistake on their privacy...anybody got same problem or suggesttion plez..help Thanks and have a good day
