What email do you use?

Um, I'll probably get flamed for this, but none of those are technically email clients. They are all webmail interfaces... Although I find myself using webmail a lot, I still like to use an actual email client sometimes. I occasionally use thunderbird on a desktop and outlook on windows mobile devices (mainly because I haven't found a suitable alternative yet). My webmail preferences are fastmail.fm and gmail.com. Google could learn a lot from fastmail.
