Do you ever use your television's sleep function?

I use it pretty much every night. I have a really hard time getting to sleep so what I do is put the TV on something that is semi-interesting but yet not too interesting that I won't fall asleep. History channel is great for me. I set it for one hour and when the message 5 more minutes come up, sometimes I add another hour but most of the time I'm asleep already and I never notice the tv turning itself off. Love that feature!

At home I don't use the sleep function. I'm not even sure if that TV has a sleep function cause I've never even attempted to look for one. While at school however I do use the sleep function. I seet the TV to turn off about 20 or 30 minutes after I lay down. Sometimes I set it to go off earlier if I'm really tired. I like how it saves energy and I don't have to be awoken in the middle of the night by the TV or the like. I really do need to search and see if our TV at home has that function.

i've used it when i cant sleep at night and turn it on. i know ill fall asleep eventually so i activate the sleep function for 2 hrs later. u know if u leave it on all night its a waste of electricity ;d

Yup, I do that!! I use the sleep function to make me remind that macs enough is enough, now go to bed!! !!CHEERS!!

I don't use the sleep function on my tv at all. In fact, I don't even know how to get to it. I used to use it on another TV though and every time the show started getting good, the sleep timer went off and I had to turn the TV back on!
