nice! lol I am having some delicious and good and tasty instant noodles ^^! nah just kidding. But on sundays i try to eat some light dinner cuz most of the times its pizza, or hamburguers or bbq's on sundays afternoons so my stomach is usually full of garbage food ^^

Yeah, I know what you mean. This is especially true during the summer.

Your dinner sounds delicious. Well, tonight my 2 boys are working and my husband is also working, so it is my 8 yr old daughter and myself. She wants to have breakfast for dinner, so that is our plan. Eggs, toast, bacon and sausage.

I just looked up chicken cordon bleu casserole. Since we can't post recipes as discussions. Anyway, I get the idea of the casserole and looks like a good way to use up leftover chicken as well as turkey. I did see some variations. Does she use bread or croutons in hers? I think I will use croutons. I had spaghetti last night for supper. Used sauce out of a jar and added meat and made whole grain pasta. Then we went out and got Fruitista's - a smoothie from a local fast food - strawberry mango.

It sounds like a yummy dinner to me. I make a really good apple pie with apple butter that is always a big hit. I love chicken cordon bleu! I had a late night double cheeseburger on the way home about an hour ago. So bad for you but tasted oh so good! I blame the baby. I swung through the drive through to get her some milk for her sippy cup.

Ah, sounds like a good meal for you. I have no idea what's for dinner tonight. Maybe some new Papa John's white pizza or something.

My hubby grilled steaks tonight using a Jack Daniels marinade that we always use. Honestly we can't have steak without this marinade, they just taste so bland, lol. We had garlic mashed potatoes and peas with it, and now we're having our dessert, ice cream sundaes.

We went to my moms for lunch today. She made fried veal cutlets, homemade mac & cheese, broccoli, corn, salad and garlic bread.

My husband is working nights. When he works nights he usually doesn't want a heavy dinner; he prefers a breakfast type meal. So we will probably be having pancakes or an omelette. Something like that.

My wife is returning from New York this evening and I am cooking some special dishes for her. For a start Chicken /vegetable soup, Steam surgeon fish seasoned Jamaican style with bean curd sticks and turn corn meal cooked with seasoned pigeon peas, again, Jamaican style. She loves these and will top it off with a cup of hot cocoa or green tea.

Well I'm having whatever our school cafe has fixed. I believe it's some chicken, assorted desserts which usually involve some cake and cookies and ice cream and we usually always have pizza and spaghetti. We also have some random vegetables and the like. Nothing too special.

Unfortunately I have to work until 8 pm so I am having left over rice and beans with hamburger and hot sauce. I hope you enjoy your wonderful dinner with your sister in law. I have my usual weekend dinner on tuesday, and I believe I'm going to either pick up a few lamb chops or thick ribeyes from the butcher by my house. I have never had a chicken cordon bleu casserole but it sounds excellent.
