why i admire abraham lincoln

Abraham Lincoln was one of the best Presidents the United States ever had. I admire him for the fact that he's self educated, took the bar after studying on his own for many hours while balancing his time with work on the farm. He passed the bar with flying colors. He was a simple farm boy who became a great leader. I admire him for his courage and for putting the United States in the right direction by his fight to preserve the Union.

Abraham Lincoln was a great president and a great leader,he was a really smart man and he had a lot of great ideals that helped him as president,one such was honesty which earned him the name Honest Abe,and I admire him for that,and he was the President of the North during the Civil War and I believe it was his courage and ideals which helped him to beat the South and win the Civil War even though the South shall rise again.
