where in the world could I get 2 pairs pf shutter shades?

My 17 year old daughter and 16 year old son have been pestering me to buy them this shutter shades they've seen on TV. Actually sun glasses that sort of having windows instead of the glass lens. My goodness! I have been calling every one that I believe is fashionable enough to know this thing but no luck, nobody know where to get it. Maybe somebody out there knows where to get this...please share.thank you.
