how much water is need for a person per day?

i know water is drinking water is good for our health,but i do not know how much we need? "more drinking,more better" is it right?

I have a glass that holds about 16 oz. and I just keep it filled and constantly sipping all day. I allow myself one diet soda at lunch (that's my treat, I used to drink a lot of diet soda which is bad for you). Water is also great for your skin!

8 glasses or more, drinking water refreshes and helps to detoxify our body.

yes, more is better, but not all at the same time!!! i try to drink a cup before breakfast (or when i first wake up) then after i eat (so thats 2) then in about an hour... then right before lunch, (thats 4) then after lunch, then about an hour after that (6) then right before dinner and after dinner (thats 8) i TRY for more, but its not always easy!!

yes!More dringking , more better!At least i think it is right .You should drinking at least 8 cup of water!

2-3 litres will do. water helps removing toxins from the body.

The only natural way to remove toxins from your body is to drink water. Don't measure it by glasses. Do what I do: Take a small plastic bottle of 0.75 litres, and try to refill it as many times as you can, but at least three times per day. And don't schedule when you will drink water. Say to yourself: Now I'm going to drink water, and go drink. Day by day increase how much you drink, and in a few months you will be drinking lots of water, which is very good for your health. And if you eat lots of fruits and vegetables, your health will be excellent.
