anyone heard of crazoo?

i heard Crazoo was a forum where you can discuss anything you want and get paid for each post - 3 cents or something similar to it. but before you can post, you have to be manually approved and pm the administrator which i did but it's been weeks since i've joined but somehow i've never been approved so i can't post anything. has anyone had experience with this website? did you get approved? thanks
