Just a survey about mylot customer service

hello friend, just some simple questions, do you have the experience to contact mylot cusyomer service? if so, how many times do you do till now? and has your problem resolved already after you contacted them? lol

I have sent a couple of messages to myLot and they haven't responded to me on both instances.
Sometimes we may feel that they are ignoring us but maybe we don't know that they are doing something about it even if they don't respond.
But I don't think I can rely on their customer service.
As much as possible, if I can find an answer on my own, I don't ask them because I have a feeling they won't respond.

hello friend, yes, i also did post a messager about a mylot problem to them. but i never get a response from them. so here, i want to ask the other mylotters who get any responses from them before.
