blog's RSS or URL

Hi everyone,
I am new here and wanted to write a blog, but i was asked about feed URL (Your blog's RSS,XML or Atom Feed) and Viewing URL (URL used to view the blog in the web browser). I don't know what is a feed URL or viewing URL. do I need to have a web site to write blog here? can anyone help me with that?

We cannot really create a blog here in myLot unlike in other sites.
What myLot means is if you have a blog you can submit it to myLot so that it can be read by other myLotters.
I have submitted my blog and until now it hasn't been accepted.
I have read that only great blogs are accepted here.
