Do you use recipe book???

I always use a recipe when I am trying to cook a new dish and then after cooking the same dish for few times again and again I can just cook it without the recipe,sometimes if I am free and or came home early,I let my imagination flow and add anything that comes to my mind to that original recipe.hehehe..cheers..

Well, when I started cooking for the first time,I had used recipe book because I was not confident enough about my own way of cooking, now I usually don't use recipe for my everyday cooking unless I cook something extra special.

I've been collecting recipe books, but never really had the opportunity to use them fully. From time to time, I'd refer to them; but if I'm in a hurry, I'd just cook simple meals, and just add a bit of this or that. And if it turns out good, I'd not be able to repeat, as I've forgotten what I have added, or how much!
