have u ever faced a situation whereby it is the last minute already yet there are still so many thing that are not done yet and then you are literally still under the eyes of people who are waiting and asking u to quick? what do u do in such situations?

There is no choice but to use what you have and organize them the best you can.
While it may not be the best, you have to think quick, and try to fill up for what you have missed.
For example, during presentation, you know you have missed out several important information. From there, you can add in manually during the presentation.
Well it's something similar to what Antz and I have said, just think about it and try to do something ASAP, if not try to drag for more time. Though usually it's pretty pointless...

Well last minute work is often not the best but, if you really do not have the time, improvise look at what you have now, can you use it? can you exploit it and change it from your loss to your gain. I have encounter quite a few type of situation myself, the thing is not to panic and just do what you can within the time limit is do it well, no point doing all the things and yet non is good
