how to do if you are eating too much?

i had eating too much this evening,because the vegetables is my love and it is so delicilous that i was eating too is uncomfortable when i am siting ,i had to stand to watch tv. i can not help eating too much if it is to limit your eating desire?and if you are eating too much,what you do then?

Drink more water than any other drink and it will give you a feeling of being full. For the moments go for a small walk or take tums I guess. Good luck!

Will I am also a big eater but my stomach remain on ship. Although I dont have a perfect body but I have a good bit fall of my heart. Heres what to do, wake up every morning and do the jagging in some area where you can see more trees. After one hour of jagging your not finish yet. Cover your whole body for warm up. And take your bike going to your office take a walk at least 30minutes of walking. Youll need to repeat it daily. Trust me even if you eat more food your body wont change.

well when you feeling hungry just have a chewing gum in you mouth and just keep chewing it and then you will resist the food, that's what i do works for me! good luck. Happy mylotting my friends!!

Are you vegetarian,my friend? I think is OK if you eat a lot of vegetable, but if you eat a lot of rice or carbohydrat food, well..that's need to burn it..Or you can be a fat man..I just eat rice for prime food in my country..not to much, just 1 portion every time I eat in lunch or dinner...

Well one way to avoid eating 2 much is not to buy the things that you like and are mostly likely to hogg on and the next is to eat some fruits and other salad items when u r really hungry. this wil make you eat less of other stuff.

Well I know when I eat to much I try to find something else to keep me busy so I don't think about eatting until I need to eat it helps me maybe it will help you too.
