What happened to you when you got caught cheating?

Ok, well one time in the sixth grade, my teacher was a complete battleaxe. She was honestly the meanest teach I've ever had in my entire life. She was so bad, some of us put elax in her coffee, but this one kid, ratted it out, and we all suffered. Even though, for the record, I was not in this ploy. Anyway, when it came time to grade our math homework, she was lazy so she let the person behind you grade your homework. I have never been good with math and neither was the boy who sat behind me so we worked out this thing were we would grade each other higher than what we actually made. It worked, for weeks, until we got caught and I have a very strong feeling we weren't the only kids in class doing that. This teacher decided the best way to teach us a lesson was to embarrass us in front of the entire class, by verbally degrading us and threatening to tell our parents, the principal, getting un expelled etc. etc. Well I managed to hold it together, unlike my poor accompliance he was crying by that point. I think I repressed the memories after that but I know it dealt with me going to the principal's office and giving "my side of the story" I learned my lesson after that.
