Isabelmarco....a scam or just bad timing

I just joined Isabelmarco this morning. Everytime I go to the website I get a white blank page and I also read somewhere that the website is under construction. Was I scammed or is it just bad timing? Also, under "surf ads", there's only about 12 ads..is this normal? The banner flashing on both sides...those are not the ads you get paid to surf are they?

Well that depends on how much the premium upgrade whatever it is called. But i is not on the blacklist. But it depends on how much you are paid if like you are paid 1 dollar for every 30 minutes you surf and the upgrade costs 60 dollars it is obviously a scam but i need a little more detail before i can figure out if it is a scam.
