It is very expensive to make phone calls to some countries. Since I have to contact my business associates abroad quite often, I have to use phone cards. I find that the most economical way. How about you ? Do you make long distance phone calls often ? Do you use phone cards ?

Hi Sweetie. Nice to see you. How was your weekend ? Yes, many people use Skype these days to make phone calls. Are you using Skype too ?
Have a nice day !

The only time I use a phone card is when my husband deploys overseas. International phone calls are very expensive otherwise. I get a calling card for the region that he is in and he gets a cell phone with free incoming calls.

Yes, sounds like that works very well to keep in touch with your husband.

This is a good questions and very timely with my experience. I am not using phone cards I am using Autoload. This Autoload expires in days depending upon when you load it and the amount you purchase. But the good thing is I can use my cellphone catting to my relatives and friends abroad using the yahoo messenger. I registered my phone number in my Yahoo messenger and I can chat with my friends abroad anytime to the day. Another good thing is I am not charged too much. I can chat for hours and my load is still the same. I am wondering about this but on the other hand I;m glad about this. Now I used Autoload instead of card in contacting my friends abroad.

Yes, I heard Autoload is becoming a favorite for many people. And, some of my friends are using Skype too.
