Do you know any diet (healthful) ice cream?

I've always loved ice cream. And not too long ago, I've loved BTIC (Better Than Ice Cream) even more, it's ice cream yogurt. It has no fat, no cholesterol and 99% less sugar than ordinary ice cream. However, my friend discovered that it uses Aspartame, that's why it's sugar free. I've read about the bad, unhealthful effects of Aspartame and I'd rather not subject myself to those side effects. Currently I'm beginning to suspect that I'm actually allergic to Aspartame - I get a headache every time I drink Coke Zero and other diet sodas. I was wondering if you guys can suggest an alternative, something more healthful.

Really?I didn't know that BTIC uses aspertime. It does have bad effects. I don't know what country you are in. Here in the Philippines, there's an ice cream brand called FIC (Fruits in Cream) manifactured locally. It's really good and they have sugar free flavors too.

Well, you can always look for brands of ice cream that are under the name of famous diets. I think they carry South Beach Diet ice cream, maybe Jenny Craig ice cream, you would have to check. There is also a healthy ice cream called Marry Me, but nobody in my family would eat it, it did not taste like the real thing but it might still curb cravings.

Oohh South Beach Diet ice cream huh, that sounds wonderful. Well that's the first good suggestion I have :D I'll give the best answer rating in a couple of days just to see if anyone else would give a better suggestion. So far I'm liking yours. I've tried other kinds of diet ice cream, so far BTIC's dark chocolate almond is my favorite. Thank you SO much for your information! I'd give you a good rating for now :D
