What do you think about your physic..? Are You Fit - Are you fit or Fatty.? What do you think do you need to workout..?

Hi Guys, What do you think about your physic.? Are you Fit or Fatty..? Do you do exercise everyday. Or do you workout in Gym to maintain you physic. I do exercise for 15 minutes everyday, infact i started 1 month back. But I still have a Big Tummy. But its reduced when compare to one month back. So what do you think how fit and slim, how strong you are in Physic...? Regards, Jnk3dfx

I'm fit ^_^ haha =D I go gym for 3-4 times a week, and running 6 times a week ^_^ All i can say is that my life is evolved around exercising and even my work is my hobby too, exercising.. lol =D Other than being healthy, exercises also makes me look good by keeping myself in shape, with not much fats, and be lean ^_^ Exercise is good, and that u should continue, dun stop just because u see some results, as once u stop, the fats will come back even faster than u think ^_^

Yeah, and if u really wanna reduce your tummy fast, try running ^_^ If not, skipping will do just fine and skipping takes lesser time to see greater results ^_^

Running I am trying, and i think I better strat skipping too, to reduce my tummy. Thanks for suggestions yaar. That was very valuable to me as I a planning to reduce my tummy by 20th Saturday. Though i am not planning for six packs as of now, But sure would like to have six packs instead of this big tummy.

Thats Really good that you are working on your body to keep it fit and slim. Also with fit body and a sound mind diseases also will reduce, like fever cold, you wont get hit by these kind of illness. Thats really great you are keeping you fitness. Right now I am working on my tummy, its quite big(not too big) and i am very desperate to reduce it...

Hi jnk3dfx, Yes I think I am very fit. I have a slim body and firm tummy because I play badminton and tennis always The biggest I become before was 50kg. Now I am only 45kg, that's around 99 lbs Well, I wish you luck in your aim to trim down your tummy..I know you can make it

Honestly, I am fully aware that I'm chubby; not slim at all but not too fat. As of my last weighing, it read 160 to 165 pounds and I'm petite, too. In contrast, my husband do exercise at home everyday. He is quite tall with a height of 5'7"; and great built. He still has a tummy but he is working on it. In fact, he is trying to strictly control his diet. For obvious reasons, I'm just not interested in exercising, even if my husband would occasionally wake me up and tell me that we'll do it together. The farthest I have gone with exercise is doing 'brisk walking' for at least a kilometer on a daily basis. I do this every morning on my way to our workplace. If my time schedule won't permit it, I shift to doing this during the afternoon on my way home. I've been doing this for quite some time now. I could say that I'm happy with my body, despite being chubby. I still can do daily chores, and I also eat fruits and vegetables. I also am glad with the daily brisk walking that I do. Aside from shedding some pounds off my body, I'm also able to save almost half of my daily budget for transportation fare. You might find this funny but sometimes, I also stumble upon coins along the way which I pick up, normally.

No, Thats Not funny infact that you being wise. As you are utilizing the time, and the scenario arround you to get yourself fit and get you physic intact. Also doing so you are saving some traportation cost. That again is a positive thing. I wish I could have done the same thing. But my workplace is too Far, Say 35KM from my home. So I definately can walk that distance.

i used to go to the gym everyday after college (except Sundays) even in the summer holidays i used to go but now that my university has started i am hardly able to even go out, after i reach home. yes i do consider myself fit but i don't believe one becomes fit only by exercising,, eating the healthy and right kind of food will keep you as fit and healthy as anyone. personally i workout for the intention of getting stronger and looking good. healthy eating habits will keep anyone fit. An apple a day keeps the doctor away.i must mention that yoga is a very good way to stay fit. have a nice day :)

As your Profile pic suggest that you are very much concerned about your physical appearence. Thats good you were working on fitnes of your physic, doesnt matter how busy you are but there is always time for you to spend for yourself. So keep your physic just like you want it, otherwise you will end up like me. Even I use to go to gym long back, but since i stoped i lost lot of weight and gained more than that with wierd shape... So better be cautious about your physic. :)

actually i din do any exercise .... i too lazy... actually b4 i doing yoga... they said yoga is a very good execise... but i can't do it coz i learn it myself.... my friend told me tat if i wish to learn yoga, i must learn from a teacher n not learn from a book or video... coz u will make a mistake n u will not feeling well later... b4 when i do yoga, i get sick... tat's y i stop it... now i searching for a free time for me 2 learn yoga... =)

Yap, Yoga is a Art from which you can make any part of your body react as u command. It requires lot of concerntration. Your body as well as you mind and soul should be intact to do yoga perfectly, So I do recomend learn Yoga from a teacher than a book. Also you can try 'Pranayama' which is the skill to controll whole body only through breathing techinq. So also try to get trained for Pranayama too. Best of Luck CandySky.

Ya I agree that its very tough to get time for excersize during busy schedule of our life. But its our job to keep our physic fit and active so that we can work properly in all three jobs. Isnt'it, after working in all three jobs and you are spoinling you health doesnt gain anything but loosing. So keep trying to get some time for yourself and work on maintaining your fit physic.

i am a big fatty........I have a dog that I walk everyday about 4 times a day so that is the only exercise I get. I used to walk with a neighbor every day but lately she has been busy. She just started taking dance lessons with her husband twice a week and she also takes a class on Wednesdays. The walk takes about 30 minutes to walk all three blocks in my neighborhood. They are long blocks.

Hi SeaBeauty, Its nice to hear that you are working to get your figure back in nice shape. Also its good that you are going for walk everyday. But ithink you can push a litle bit more, try jogging slowly and it will sure help you a lot. Because i lost 9 lbs(arround 4 KG) of weight in 3 week. It feels great, even I am not that over weight but according to my height my weight should be arround 72Kg, I after 3 weeks workout my weight is 75KG. So 3 more KG's and I will Start working on building some muscles.
