I like it whenever i give rather than to receive from someone... and now that christmas day is coming, i'm really excited to give freebies for the street childrens and people that i love... i always give on street childrens because i can't stand to see them sleeping in the street begging for alms... i saw this little girl who is with her brother sleeping in the street... i ask them where is their family.. they said they don't have families now.. they past away... they told me the whole thing so i decided to get them both as one of my helpers at my house... right now i'm studying and i have my part time job back as waiter so i'm saving so that i can get th

One of my love languages is giving/receiving gifts.. it means that's the time when I express love for people.. and it's also my way of feeling appreciated if someone gives me any kind of gift. Although, I love to give more than to receive. I'm also planning the same thing with your idea of giving gifts to street children this Christmas. I mean, i've given a lot of my friends over the past years and I believe it's time for me to give gifts to kids who cannot even afford to buy a single toy or food. I don't like giving money to them since I don't know if they really buy food with it that's why I'd go for giving them stuff they need like old clothes and shoes that I don't use anymore.. and also food. It's really heart-warming and humbling at the same time because you're giving those kids something they would appreciate. I'm really saving up for this coming holidays so i'll be able to give a lot to those who are in need.

It would make me hypocrite if I say I wouldn't be happy to receive. The excitement of receiving is great especially if it comes from someone you love and moreso if it is a special day. But I would love to give rather than receive. The grandiose feeling of giving is eminent, magnificent! It is actually a happy feeling deep within to be able to give and make someone happy.

I love to give more than I love to receive. I like seeing people smile when they receive something that they love.

I would rather give advices than receive them. It's easier for me to put myself in others shoes. When I have the extra money, I also like giving gifts. I used to love receiving them but I realized that as I grow older, I get less gifts. I now appreciate all the gifts that my daughter gets now. LOL!

i like both..to give n receive.....when u give sm thng to someone...may be just a smile.or a small gift...anything, wen u see the other person happy n smiling, u feel the whole world is happy...n tell me...i really love to give things that i can....some times a good advice, sometimes a small gift....or just a cup of coffee....but wen i see smone happy and i realise that its me or my deed made that person happy i feel great.... and wen it comes to receiving smthing.....i dont want huge gifts....diamond rings...mercidez benz on my b day...i am contented with a simple ,lovely kiss....a smile that speaks abt love..

In my opinion, the best thing to give or receive is a gift card. The receiver can buy anything of their own choice. It gives them maximum joy out of it. Agree with me ?

I like both but giving is more exciting. I love witnessing people happy because someone blesses them with gifts or things they badly need but they cant afford to have it. It is joy receiving something but its more blessed if you learn how to give. Because their joy will also be yours. Start giving now!
