Ok this is cool! So here are my pets! a bit long but here goes. I have 6 Dogs:Mikey: male, named after Michael Jordan, he leaps out the window in single bound. Slim tall and sleek earth colored dog. Awesome guard and barks that could break your eardrums. I paid the neighbors for every chicken and rooster he's attacked. Tambayayat: female, means a bit black, flabby and saggy in our country. a mom of 5. Eats anything (would you beleive a banana, ice cream, candy, chocolate, peanut butter and even ice cubes). Drinks coke from her pan. Tarikoy: male, name is supposed to sound funny and weird. Real weird orange colored dog. Looks like a wolf. Smells awful alot. Seldom barks. Good guard dog. Obeys and responds only to me. I rescued the dog from a river during a flood. Can be a real bad dog as he clobbers any male dog in the house and in the neighborhood that gets in his way. Growls at everyone in the house except me. Broke a leg and lost the fight from Mikey who was younger and a bigger dog. Shimshim: female, cowardly dog. Pees everytime I approach her but nasty to outsiders. Once your in the house she'll follow you everywhere sniffing at your foot. one of the offsprings of Tambayayat (we gave away the other pups to the neighbors). Also eats about anything. getting fat soon. Opra: female, darkbrown with tiger stripes. The most evil dog in the neighborhood. Smallest yet beats every other dog in the house and the neighborhood. Takes command and marks her territory. Responds only to me. Never cuddles with anyone but me. Just stares with evil eyes at everyone and sizes everyone up. Separated with the other dogs in her own prison like cell otherwise she will kill all the other pets. Killed my little cat Tang when she strayed into her cell. Also killed a stray moongoose like creature and some rats and snakes. We moved Opra to a bigger lawn in solitary with her own dog house and natural habitat. Popoo: female, well rounded and really fat black dog. one of the offsprings of Tambayayat. Eats anything like there's no tomorrow. runs around like hell when fireworks go off on new years eve till she finally finds a suitable place to hide. 2 Cats: Tang: female, deceased. tiger stripes and dark orange colored cat. Eats all meals with me at the table. strayed into Opra's prison and was torn to pieces. Fangs: male, older brother of Tang. Bares fangs everytime to all that approaches him including dogs. Likes to take a ride on any of the dogs back like a gag. Makes the dogs jump around like crazy when he's on their backs. 1 Eagle: Pal: 10 year old male black and gray eagle. Has been a permanent resident around the house and chose never to leave. Real awful honker. Wakes everyone every morning. Get up you lazy buzzards! Who needs an alarm clock when he's around. 2 Goldfishes: Flug and Clug: male and female(in that order) Fat orange bubble eyed goldfishes: Lazy, fumbly and real fat ones. 1 Oscar fish: Oscar (as himself): male, deceased. real big fat oscar fish. nasty and mean. Looks like a piranha with no teeth. Will ram the aquarium glass when strangers are around. Will continue to swim and ram the glass if he sees his own reflection if you put a mirror close to the glass. Spurts water on dad if he's sitting near his tank reading newspaper. Loves to get attention. Killed himself ramming the glass. No wonder I need to earn lots of money online. I need to feed these loafers. Lol. So there's the list of the circus I have at the house. Phew! That was fun. Happy myLotting! Cheers!

We have a brindle pit bull named Chyna, after the former WWE wrestler. I am not sure what made my husband name her that. But, I like the way it is spelled.

My current pets- Sidy Boy (pronounced city boy)- his name was originally Sidney, but he's a wild little city boy, so it got switched. Scamp- his original name was Sigmund, but after 3 days here, we realized that Sigmund was much too dignified of a name for him...he's a Scamp. Sam Elliott- even as a puppy he had a deep bark, and reminded us of the actor, Sam Elliott. Joey- His real name is Smokey Joe, he was named that by his previous owner. He's about 7 years old and I've only had him a few months- but we've always just called hiim Joey and he doesn't seem to mind. Oliver- I named him after my fathers middle name. Puddy Tat- from the cartoons.. I tawt I taw a puddy tat (tweety). ---------- Previous pets- Homeless Homer- he was a stray that I took in. Tesla- after my favorite band at the time. Ozzy- after Ozzy Osbourne Honey Bee- was named by her previous owners. Sparky- was named by my brother. Simon- he was a pretty demanding dog, so we named him after the game "simon says". Skardee Kat- from day one she was terrified of everything Special Ed- my sister had him and couldnt get him to use the litter box and she thought he had a mental disorder. I took him and had no problems- turned out it was her young son that would grab the cat everytime he tried to use the box.

Hi. I like to know the story behind people's pets names too. I no longer have any pets, but when I did their names were: a cat 3M (a friend's son, daughter-in-law, and young granddaughter found her as a kitten and gave her to me). So named her after them. Their names were: Moddy, Mozella, Monique. Top Cat - from the famous old cartoon, Potsquat - the nickname of a short friend. This was a longhaired short breed cat, Chaka -for her long flowing hair (like the singer Chaka Kahn). She was a German Shepard Collie mix, and last but not least, Poochie who was named by her previous owner, and I didn't want to change her name and confuse her. Her name was self explanatory, she was a pooch (smile).

My dog's name is Snoop. But nope it's not taken from Snoopy but it was my brother's idea to name our dog Snoop from the singer Snoop Dogg (hope i spelled it right). My pet is a Duchshand.

Well he was cute when he was still a puppy. Now that he's grown up I think he's beacoming a brat. Haha. Does not want to eat the same food every meal ang does not eat certain vegetables. He spits it out if you put it on his bowl. And he eats lying down. When I walk him around, he chooses his own direction. It's more like we are following him that him following us. I think it's because of his breed. I read that most of his breed are like that.

I had uploaded my pet's photo. Hope you can view his pics and see how cute he is (was) when he was still a puppy. I like that the reflection of his eyes turned blue due to the camera light.

My puppers name is Lauradale's Killing Frost. The reason why I named him this was because I had to give him Lauradale's since I bought the breeding rights to him and had to show recognition to the breeder. Killing Frost is the name of one of the characters in one of my favorite books.

We have a black lab mix named Tinker - named after my first dog, who started out as Stinker but I was little and couldn't say Ss. We have to cats, named Laverne and Shirley after the TV show. We've had so many pets over the years. Here are the names of some of our pet dogs: Gretchen (named after another local celebrity.) Hershey (the chocolate. we dropped the S.) Chelsea (named after 1994(?) Miss USA Chelsea Smith. I'm a huge pageant fan.) Jack (aka One-eyed Jack. He didn't have a name when he first got him. But after he got into a fight with the neighbor's dog, we named him One-eyed Jack. He lost one of his eyes from that fight. He managed to live for a few more years before dying because of diarrhea.) Hero (There's this local celebrity in the Phils who became famous after joining a talent search. Thats where we got our pet's name) Angel (she's Gretchen's mom. I dunno who gave her that name.)

Hi excellence, I have two cats. One cat's name is Star. I usually pick out a name before I have the pet. I just wanted to name my new cat Star so when I got my two cats I had already decided on what their names were going to be. They are two boys with girls names. So I had to just decide which one would be Star, he is the all black cat with beautiful green eyes and the sweetest personality. My other cat's name is Luna, after the moon. He is black and white with green eyes and he looks like he's wearing eye makeup. He really looks like a little girl cat and with his name everyone thinks he is a girl!

Mr. Chubbers the Shih Tzu. My in-laws have his parents now. It was his original puppy name. He didn't sell and was given to us. By the time we got him he knew his name so well we didn't want to change it. Plus he is a lil chubby :)

Hehe that's indeed right. It would have been a bit difficult for Mr. Chubbers to adapt to a new name, so you did right by keeping his name Thanks for the response friend.

My dog's name is Cori. It's short for coriander, the spice. We had a hard time thinking of a name and saw coriander in a book. My cats are Lily, Phoebe, and Simon. I didn't name the cats. We also have a bunch of fish that have no names.

We've had a few dogs: Lupo - becuase it means wolf in Italian. Lady - because she always looked like one. Maxi - came with the dog already. Thorn - out of the film Lost Boys Poppy - because her previous owners always called her Puppy Sheba - inherited her with the name Boots - chosen by the kids because of Dora's best friend Scrumpy - we each chose a name and pulled one out of the hat - my husband's choice won!
