a website will gain money if you keep on visiting them because of the ads embedded on the site. unfortunately, some ads are spyware and viruses and they are trying to do and show anything so that we will click them. by the way, we can observe in the youtube website that it is full of google ads. that makes them richer even though we are not even clicking them...
