(3) Orange juice replaces the pottassium a person loses during alcohol intake. A low potassium level leads to muscle cramps and muscle discomfort. (4) Apple juice has high levels of minerals and vitamins, which make it ideal for skin health. (5) Drinking orange or watermelon juice keeps the body hydrated and diminishes the harmful effets of the sun. (6) A juice diet helps in controlling weight, at an initial level. Yes you are very right that juices can be used for veried purposes. I would like to add here that some juices have capacity to fight intestinal infections like cranberry juice. I personally take either fresh or canned juices without preservatives daily.
