Do you think U.S.A. is ready for a nuclear or biochemical ATTACK???!!!!

I don't think any nation is ready for such vile action. Lets face it, nations can't even handle excessive rainfall or bad storms effectively, so what chance does any nation have of coping with this awfull prospect.

I don't think that it would be easy to be ready let alone prepare for a cataclysmic event such as nuclear or biochemical attacks or warfare. It is a scary thought though. It does seem that there could be threats looming over our heads but the chance of preparing correctly is a good question to me.
