Sleeping during day time is advisable?

Hiii Friends!!!!!!!! i think sleeping during day time is not at good to our health and also to our mind.Because it makes us lazy.If we think that we will relax for 15 min by closing our eyes without our knowledge we must hav slept and we get up afte 50 minutes.After that we some more weight added in our body.you know peopple who sleeps during day time will put more weight.But there also somecases who sleep during daytime because they dont have anyother go.Those are people working in call centers in night shift....What you friends think about this???? Come on friends start sharing your valuable views.....

It has some reasons why it puts on weight. Day time sleeping means the time we sleep by afternoon right. Generally eating rice will put on weight. Eating and sleeping immediately will add on more weight. Because we do eat more in the afternoon. hehe. The problem for me in sleeping during day time is that I won't feel sleepy until its 2 A.M the next day. Lol. My mom wants me to wake up by atleast 8 in the morning which is so difficult if I sleep by 2. Lol. So better to avoid sleeping during day times. Lol.

hi saranya. i agree with what you say. i don't sleep in day time cause we can put on weight very easily. one more reason why i don't sleep in day times is that i don't get sleep at nights and i just hate that. i just keep listening to songs and try to sleep. but i won't get sleep. so i never try to sleep in day time.

Sleeping during day time is not good for your health.You will become lazy and your Brain's activity will shrink during the day time.So don't sleep during the day time.
