I've had HP's since about 1993...not too fond of their low-end stuff but I like their good stuff as far as printers. I've exposed several models to great abuse (vibrations in an 18 wheeler, drops form 3-6 feet, running posterboard through them almost 3x the designed paper width tolerance, etc) and they pretty much take it in stride. When my current one breaks I'll still buy another HP. I've returned Epsons in the past, and I've encountered numerous broken Lexmarks when I was doing small biz consulting.

We have two printers. One of them has a scanner on the top and the other is just a printer. They both are HP's. I like them, because I can buy the refill things at wal-mart instead of buying new ones. Happy MyLotting!!

I use Epson printers because their inks are cheaper. My first Epson printer is an ink jet one and only replaced it because it's not compatible anymoe with my Xp computer but it's still working. When i bought a new one, it' still Epson and the one that i bought is the one with a scanner, copier and printer in one. It can be operated without using a computer. I like that fact that the Epson cartriges are sold separately so it's much cheaper and one can save if you just need one color. It also has a water proof feature (something like that) where the ink won't fade quickly or smear.
