I want to stop eating fast food; what kind of food should I prepare now?

I've always ate quite a bit of fast food before, so I'm wondering what might be some better diet choices for someone who wants to eat healthier? I'd prefer food choices that are easy and relatively cheap to make. Thanks!

That's good that you are cutting back. I'm sure you'll see a change with your body after eating all of that fattening food. There are lots of ways you can create an healthy, but enjoyable meal. You should start with proteins. If you are a meat eater then you should think about consuming turkey more often. It's less fattening than pork and beef, I believe. And the same goes for chicken. From there it's all about trying gout different recipes with a variety of spices and herbs.

Eggs! Eggs very versatile in cooking; you can make omlettes, bake, scramble, boil and poach with them. A healthy, easy dish with eggs is a white omlette; In a lightly greased pan, stir-fry some sliced turkey or chicken pieces, some vegetables and salt and pepper. While they're cooking, seperate four eggs, collecting only the whites. Once the meat and veggies are cooked through, add the egg whites, and cook it on medium-low until it's done and firm. :)

I have seen salads with chicken at Albertsons. There are dollar salads at mcds. But becareful with the other salads, with the dressing they can pack on calories. Good luck!

Well I make a lot of food with vegetable in it, I make salad with a lot of good thing in it, also what every you make just watch out how for how much you eat. I think you can eat what every you want as long as you don't eat to much and you burn off what every you ate.
