are you more of a speaker or a listener?

in life, we play several roles. for me, i am more of a listener than a speaker. whenever there is a conversation with my friends, i would always be listening, and entertaining myself through their talking. i will only give comments every now and then, never the one to change the subject of the whole conversation. how about you?

I am more listener if that person is isn't my friend, but I'm talkative if it is my friend or my brother. Its very frustrating if the person does not listen to you, so just listen to the person first and talk slow or talk smooth. I have cousins that talkative but if its gossip I would rather shut up because its dangerous thing to talk other personal lives.

I have always been a listener. I rarely start a conversation and generally listen and try to understand fully before I give any response. Even here on MyLot, I very rarely start discussions but, I read a lot of them and give a response when I have something to offer. So, I guess I am a bit like you. Happy Mylotting....

I am definitely a better listener than a speaker. I am usually the person my friends turn to when they need someone to share their thoughts with. Like you, I also usually only give comments occasionally, and usually just let the speaker talk. I find that when I finally do speak, it surprises people because they aren't used to me saying anything. I get a lot of comments that I am too quiet.
