Does Anyone use Traffic Exchanges To Get Referrals For PTC Programs?

I'm just curious about getting referrals using this method. Do it actually work and do you use splash pages to promote it. I use traffic exchanges to promote several programs, but I never tried promoting PTC as individuals or on my blog. Any luck MyLotters?

I am actually looking for a good traffic exchange site. One that can help me with my online earnings. I also don't know how good it works but others say it does. But personally I think traffic exchange is important in online earnings. It is one way of promoting your site and that can create a lot of visitors for your sites that might be interested to join.
