If they had a button where you could edit your post, after you post it. I tend to look over my postings before I submit them, but, sometimes I miss mistakes. I'll read it again after it's posted, see the mistakes, and it just drives me crazy! I hate not being able to fix the post, lol.
What do you think? Are you like me - does your spelling or whatever errors drive you batty unless they are fixed? :P

I believe that is not possible. Our earnings here in myLot is calculated using [i]myLot algorithm[/b], which mainly depends on length of post and some other factors we don't know.
If in the event an edit button is added, the algorithm will get compromised. Errors in the earnings computation might happen because users might edit discussions which have already been computed. Well, that's what I think.

I also made mistakes sometimes and I got the feeling of editing it when I see my spelling errors. But hey there is no edit button!
Anyway, just double check after you have double check your posts then finally post it.

It drives me batty when I see a mistake after I push the post button...I wish there was a way to go back in and fix it...
I check, double check, and still sometimes I have an error...It bugs me to no end...LOL
I wonder why they don't have a edit button..I know I would be a happy camper if they did....

Well, it would be nice if they had a Edit button once you have posted something on here, and I actually wish they had a delete button for our discussions as well. But I have also been an active member of myLot now for just about 23 months so these are slim chances of things happening. But I guess we can keep on hoping can't we?

I have made a lot of mistakes in my discussions and it really doesn't feel good. You would always want to edit it.
But the fact is, we can't.
Imagine if we were able to edit our discussions, we may change it's meaning without the respondents knowing. And there would be problem on how much myLot would pay you, is it based before or after the editing?
Having no power to edit have some advantages too.
