Do you eat yogurt?

I like eating yogurt and infact yogurt is very good for health. I like plain yogurt or vanilla yogurt. Its believed that yogurt contains some healthy bacterias which help in digesting food. Apart from that it containscalcium which is very good for bones. So basiccal I eat yogurt regularly and i like it too. Icecream does not have any benefits apart from increasing fat. So I prefer yogurt more than icecream.

I do eat yogurt every morning! I think ice cream it's more ok than yogurt but yogurt is more healthier than ice cream! My favourite is yogurt with vanilla and honey, and with strawberry. I don't like the plain one. Thanks

i like yoghurt and yoghurt drinks oso.... i like it very very much.... i think it is differnce with ice cream.... ice cream must be eat while it very very cold.... but yoghurt u just need it b cold it ok oledi... i like peach flavor.... i like peach very very much... i crazy with peach... hahaha.... =)
