how do you choose,steady or challenge

i am very confuse,why?
because i am in a small city,i just graduate from university,i must find a job,but in a small city,i can only find a low pay job,but i can live more comfortable than other city,becase my family is here.on the other hand,i want to become myself ,i want to take more challage,i want to make more contribute to the world.so if you ,what would you choose?
