Yes, laughter is a very good medicine (but you should stop when your tummy hurts from so much laughter). Experts say that you get 3 times less wrinkles when you laugh than when you have an unhappy face

Gouranga! The best medicine is the Hare Krishna Mahá Mantra. Just try chanting or singing or listening to it: Hare Krishna Hare Krishna Krishna Krishna Hare Hare Hare Ráma Hare Ráma Ráma Ráma Hare Hare Gouranga! = be Happy!

Laughter is the best medicine. Laughing helps you to fight off illnesses by boosting your immune system. It reduces pain, allergic responses and effects of stress. It lifts your mood. Also a good sense of humour is essential for dealing with all the negative stress and anxiety-producing hassles and obstacles involved in living life on this earth. As correctly said, "The person who can bring the spirit of laughter into a room is indeed blessed".... So my friends...........keep laughing :-)

Laughter is the best psychological medicine but we also know that the mind can affect you physically so yes it is the best medicine, and if you do it from the heart it also affects your soul. It is also the only medicine I know that is contagious and has no expiry, best of all it's free !! HA HA HA HAppy mylotting. I think I will go roll on the floor a bit and try to laugh.

I can definitely say that, without laugther, I would be having a nervous breakdown right now. My job has gotten so rough, so many people in power struggles, throwing others under the bus. It's all become political and I'm right in the middle of it. The job I was hired to do and loved has virtually disappeared, along with an effective team structure and good management team. If I wasn't able to see past all of that, I'd be screwed. I laugh at my dog, with my husband, at tv shows, and old-time class radio comedy shows.

I think so. I guess it has something to do with the signals that our brain emits. As they say, a positive person is more healthy than a pessimist. If you are happy and laugh a lot, you sure are a positive person. Like me. Hahahaha! See?

I think yes! laughter is the best among all. When i am sick it is relieving and helpful when my friends tell me a joke or do things that can make me laugh.
