how to find time for yourself

hi everyone,i am a chinese,in my own country,i often feel many of us are so busy with their work ,school or other things every day, it seems there are countinuely work and no time left over to do something that they enjoy. i do not know if the condition is existence in your country ? and if you can tell these people how to relax and to long for some time for theirself.thank you very much.
