What do you like to add to your oatmeal?

I add raisins or other fruit. Sometimes I stir in some cinnamon, and some sugar, top it with soy milk and eat it. It's great for reducing cholesterol.

I usually like to have maple brown sugar oatmeal or the other packaged oatmeals with dried berries already in them, so I don't add anything in it. If I ever have plain oatmeal, I'll sprinkle some sugar, and mix in some dried fruit or granola or maybe even chocolate chips; whatever I have on hand. :)

Hello,Baby! I like to eat oat meal very much.usually I add some grated coconut,milk,a banana and sugar.Mix these together and gives a nice taste.Yes,you are right oat meal helps reducing bad cholesterol.You can try it for your breakfast.thanx.

I also add raisin and fruit that we have and milk of course! But I never add sugar because I don't really like sweets.
