I walk into KFC. I order 12 extra crispy chicken wings. They act as if they do not have 12 wings in the place. Like im a problem. They tell me they only have 6 cooked. The cook wants to know if i will take half the order in original recipe because she has to prepare them. I tell them i'd be more than happy to wait the 20 min. Why do they act this way about 12 extra crispy wings? Dont they want to make the sell? Is it really that big of a problem to sell me 12 extra crispy wings? What ever happen to giving the customer what they want?

Ugh I hate service at places like that. Their food can be good though sometimes. It seems like fast food places always have something wrong though. I went to a McDonalds before and it was in the summer when they had a 49 cent cone special. They told me they had no ice cream! What the heck! And one time I went to a Quizno's and they told me they had no bread left!!!! HOW DOES A SUB PLACE HAVE NO BREAD?!

Yea, you see. I know the cook there just didnt want to bread anymore chicken. They had already prepared 6 crispy and 6 regular. They wanted me to take what was there instead of giving what i ordered. I already told them i would wait. I think they were just being plain lazy.

The service and quality of food at KFC are not always at its best however I am not sure if I blame them for this one.I am not sure how they spoke to you but I think it is possible that there might not be any more wings left over .Wings are a favorite at KFC and it possible too that when you went there were a number of order before which depleted their supply.Consequently I think you should have just waited until they cooked the rest even though I understand waiting for food when you are hungry is never an easy feat.

As a matter of fact they had just opened the doors that day and i was the first customer. They did cook them and i did wait. So i really do not understand why they acted like they didnt have anymore wings and that i the customer was a pain in the hinnie.

I would bet that if their paychecks depended on customer service they would bend over backwards to please a customer. Workers usually take a personal resposibility to do a good job when their working but alot of workers these days simply see it as a paycheck and nothing more.

well with the economy being how it is lately i have experienced quite the oppisite. it seems every one i've tried lately are not only polite but bend over backwards to make sure im happy and will return. its very strange that you got some cranky helper. they wont have their job long i'll bet if you complain.

it's really unusual with kfc.are you sure you visited the real kfc?
I like KFC chicken especially the wings. everytime i visited i order chicken wings and i was never refused by them.
if it's real kfc i think the staff were not in good mood,maybe they were doing sometimg to protest.
i think you don't need to be too upset with the experience,next time you can talk with their manager and complain.@jdyrj777 (6530)

I really dont understand why you would say that. It was KFC. It was just the number of wings i ordered. They just acted like i was a pain to serve because of how many i ordered. That was a year ago all that happen. I just dont go to that one anymore. My credit union moved so i have no need to got to that area anymore.
