I love dancing! I think dancing is one of the best releases out there. In what other activity can you reflect inwardly and just let go of the moment to the point where there are only two people in the room. One of my favorite things used to be going out to the dance clubs and just dancing by myself. I would close my eyes and just let the day go. That's actually how I met my wife. I went out to dance by myself and ended up meeting her. Now I dance and I only see her. She is my dance partner and she has added a whole new meaning to my dance. Besides all that it is a great way to build up a sweat and get all sexy. Good fun.

I certainly feel the same! Absolutely! In high school, I used to take dance classes. And I felt so good! Even if I had had a crappy day, up to that point, by the end of the class, I felt a lot better. It is a good and healthy therapy. I really miss dancing, whether it is in a class or simply socially. Unfortunately, I don't get many opportunities to dance any more, which makes me sad.

YES! This is why I love dancing, especially ballet and lyrical... it just keeps you focused and really takes a lot of your strength and hard work. I don't know, but I feel like when things just suck, dancing really keeps me focused on that rather than something else, you know? It helps me relieve some of the anger and stuff. I LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT! Also, exercising is REALLY good/healthy for you so that's probbaly why it feels like therapy. Exercising leads to release of endorphins which also makes you happier =)
