How anyone cannot enjoy life is beyond me, no matter how badly things are going, if you can just pull yourself away and look around you there is so many wonderful things going on. As I drove the gym this morning I passed a cow pasture and I saw a new calf being born, I just pulled over and watch for about 10 mins. by the time I went on the calf was up getting a bath from his mom and looking for his first meal. How wonderful was just that instant when new life arrived? What was your wonderful thing this day?

I LOVE perfect weather. When it's REALLY warm like 95 degrees and really sunny I LOVE that weather, it's like perfect beach/road trip weather and I LOVE it!
When I am driving and enjoying the weather I am NEVER down, it's so hard to be sad. Sometimes I see things in this world that are so beautiful I feel like I need to just fall over because I can't stand to God's beauty that he has given me to recieve everyday!

Oh, I love autumn so much! This is the first day it's been cool enough to turn off the A/C in the house and open up the windows. We had a pretty cool rain last night, so it really cooled everything down for today. I went outside on the terrace this morning with my coffee, and a good book and just enjoyed the sights and sounds. The leaves are already turning colors and falling off the trees- and that it such a beautiful sight. My bird feeder was crowded with birds as I sat out there- they didn't even mind my company. I just repotted some mums yesterday, and they really add beautiful color to our terrace. Not having a yard is hard for me b/c I love to garden, but as long as I have a few blooms and faethered friends nearby, I'm a happy girl. Oh, but not without my coffee! Happy fall, everyone!

I must admit, I'm jealous. In Miami, autumn means dropping from 88 to 85 degrees, and maybe humidity of 75% instead of 90%. All that changes are the pages on the calendars. I hope everyone will post lots of autumn-leaves photos!

You are right. It is a beautiful world around us and we should take in the beauty while we are here. It can be refreshing in a world of confusion sometimes to just look outside our door and enjoy the beautiful sky or mountains and to just have some peace of mind.
I do enjoy the autumn time. I have always liked the fall and the leaves from the trees.
