Out of body

So me and my boyfriend were talking about out of body experiences/Astral projection last night and and to tell you the truth it kinda scared me. I don't like thinking my mind or something can come out of my body when im sleeping and i can see myself asleep but im really not. Understand? We were also talking about lucid dreaming or something im not sure of how you spell it but its when you know your dreaming in your dreams. I think that would be awesome.To control your dreams would be amazing. Just think you could do anything you ever wanted to do. You would feel everything but it just wouldn't be real. Do you believe in this? I do
Its an insane thing to think about. But don't think about it to much. It may freak you out a little like it did to me

I do believe in it. It actually happened to me before. I remember my whole body feeling like pins and needles and i sat up and i looked down and my body was still in my bed sleep! I started to freak out and i just like sat up and looked down and my body wasn't there anymore. Yes i did know about out of body experiences when this happened also. With lucid dreaming i never actually did it, but one time when i was dreaming i remember saying to my self this is just a dream its just a dream and i wanted to change it but then i ended up waking up.

I experience this alot and they say it usually happens when your body temperature drops. I usually have this experience when i sleep in about 10am onwards, its hot in our country so when I sweat my temperature starts to drop and then this experience comes in and its really scary seeing yourself floating and you know that you're dreaming. Or that you've left your bed and then you woke up find out that you're still dreaming. Its scary and i have no plans to know how this works... lol... coz i don't want to leave my body before its own scheduled time...

This creeps me out too.. I was watching a program where they were explaining how it works and this lady actually said that there was a slight chance you cant back into your body?lol I dont think I like the way that sounds.But to tell you the truth I dont really believe in it. It just seems like a little too much for me..

if you want to know more about astral projection,you can watch it at www.youtube.com with keywords "Astral Projection".i think this is more interesting if we can travel to our past life or we can go to the future.But as i know about astral projection,there is silver cord that help us to get back quickly to our body when we want back.But don`t think to cut it because if you do that,you can`t go back to your body and you will die.So i think before if we travel to astral planet,maybe we must go with our friends or someone who know much about astral projection.
