city hall and traffic go hand in hand....a thesis

have u ever gone to city hall of davao?...(its the old building that hides behind two equally old trees in the middle of downtown davao)...if u hav then u'll know that it is virtually impossible for one to drive thru there during peak hrs and sundays...the traffic is murder...that is y i decided to focus my thesis in eliminating traffic congestion in that area...im goin to design an underground parking structure and join the two parks surrounding it to maximize space...hirs the dish, if u happen to read this..please tell me wat u think is lacking in the parks and ur views about the proposed underground parking...can u help me out?if u do...i promise to include ur name in the acknowledgment..(hehehe)..
