Have you ever experience a time when you were having a lazy day and didn't even feel like getting up out of bed and then out of the blue maybe you got a phone call, or an email, or a message that just give you a burst of energy and you no longer felt lazy but motivated to get up and get things done? This morning, I was in bed feeling lazy and then I got an email saying a friend of mines wanted to see me and I no longer felt lazy, but was eager to get out of bed and get dressed to go out. What about you?

Hi gt, I think that is called, finally having a reason to get up and go. Yes, that has happened many times in my life. It doesn't even have to be something fun or curious. It can be just something that came to mind that maybe I'd forgotten I needed to do. It kind of gives meaning to life. Lazy is always good too, as long as it's not a daily occurence. leenie

Yes, almost everyday, I think. Well, I'm quite a lazy person, especially in holidays.

Working in a warehouse setting retail store, I have to move a lot of heavy stuff around all day, especailly I'm in a appliances deptartment so I have to constantly re-arranging fridges, ranges, over the range microwaves, washers, dryers etc, etc... By the time I get home, I'm so tired... There are times, like any other retail crazy hours, I would get home at 10:30 at night & then just to turn around & have to be back at work by 6 in the morning... I feel like just burrying myself in bed & never get out... There were few times that I haven't talked to my daughter for 3 days because by the time I get off work, she's in bed, & the next day when I get up, she's already off to school & by the time she get off from school, I'm at work... One time I got home late & I had the next day off so I planned to sleep late... Then around 8 in the morning, I get a phone call from my daughter's school that they're letting out early & to come pick up my daughter... I was half asleep when they called but when I heard that, I just jumped out of the bed & picked up my daughter, had breakfast together... Then I got to hang out with my daughter all day... I didn't really feel tired at all...

Exactly, no matter how tired oyu may feel, once something gets you moving, that tired feeling just creeps away and you feel energetic

Every single day! I just can't get myself out of bed, it's like a hypnosis or something. But I guess at some point I get some kind of spark and somehow I wake up. After that I'm not tired at all and I'm just really animated. The only problem I have is getting started, after that I'm fine.

I know the feeling. Once you get fired up, you run on somewhat extra energy

THIS MORNING!!! Oh my goodness I did not want to get out of bed for nothing this morning. My husband didn't either. We hit the snooze button about five times before forcing ourselves to get up. It was raining too. Ohhhhh, just thinking about it is making me lazy.

When it is raining or the weather is overcast, that is the worst time anyone really wants to get up out of bed ...but you just have to
